Strolling the Lower East Side last weekend I took these photos of tall proportions I found along the way. The first, built in 1853,is the Congregation Chasam Sopher on Clinton; and the other built in 2010 Sperone Westwater Gallery by Sir Norman Foster.

I like it, Len. I find the one on the left sweet and poetic and rather ironic- the 'no stopping' sign was clearly ignored as you had to stop to take the picture...sb
