I always say being a spectator at an Ironman is almost as tiring as actually doing the race. My friend Jay and I were thoroughly wiped out after the 15 hour day in the rain and sun. Next year we will be able to test this theory because the next day we both signed up for the 2011 IM Lake Placid. More Photos from this years race HERE
