I dug out my old dusty copy of Catcher In The Rye to re-read last week when I heard that Salinger had died. I read this sentence only a few days after taking the photo above. I thought it made a fitting caption for the photo taken on "Breakneck Ridge" on this cold day in the Hudson Highlands; only this time it's a much happier, and prettier, version of Holden Caulfield.

Nice thirds composition. Always enjoy black and white photography. Reminds me of the good old film days.
