Just a friendly reminder, don't forget to leave out some cookies for the big man tonight. These are some of my favorite cookies. Megan made the chocolate mint starts and the big ones with the dots are poppy seed cookies made from Nana's hand written recipe. She made them for us when we were growing up. We use to fight over who would get the biggest bag of the latest patch whenever she would come to visit. They were a tradition all times of the year, not just around the holidays, but this year I decided to make my own to remember her. Happy Holidays...
