
Our Thanksgiving road trip took us through Canada and a quick stop in Niagara Falls. I was surprised to see how built-up The Canadian side was. The American side was mostly parkland along the falls with a lower scale buildings, tourist-trap shops, and small hotels near the boarder crossing. The Canadian side in contrast had tall hotel and casino towers filling the horizon beyond the view of the falls. This is the Canadian Skyline through the heavy mist of Horseshoe Falls.
