A Sweet and Simple photo for the 4th of July. This was taken at Mountain Mist Ice Cream which is located on Flower Lake, in the village of Saranac Lake, New York. Flower Lake, for you odd fact lovers, is the only actual "lake" within Saranac Lake, New York. We stopped here after a long morning of swimming, biking, and running in the Adirondacks. I was so tired I don't even remember what I got but I remember it was delicious and I was very happy the sun was out after a long morning in the rain. If you look close you can see my reflection (my face is in the "V" of flavors).
