I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving. I ate turkey smoked on a Brooklyn rooftop with friends. It's amazing what a change in perspective can do for you. I digged the Blackberry-Jameson pic on Flickr. Booze and technology go great together! Dang, how long did it take to smoke that turkey?
About 5 hours. I wont claim any credit for the turkey other than helping lift it off the rack once and hour while the host (Shawn) fixed new coals.
