I loved traveling in the south. Where else would you find a place called "Coontree Picnic Area" on the side of the road? We made a stop, ate lunch, and watched the local kids jumping off a small rock face into a natural pool of river water. I heard one of the mother's watching them jump express her concern for safety. To which another mother leaned over and said,in a southern accent, "Hell, if something happens to 'em it's just one less to take home."
